- This website has no analytics, advertising trackers, sign-up forms or cookies of our own.
- We only hold personal information you choose to send us, by email or Telegram.
- We use it to reply to you and to work with you. We don’t sell it.
- Some pages load content from third parties, such as video and fonts, and they receive basic technical data.
Who we are and what this covers
This policy explains how Frontier Consulting (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit gofrontierconsulting.com or contact us through it.
It does not cover data processed inside our products, SparkDocz and VeriPay, on behalf of their customers. That processing is governed by our agreement with each customer. It also does not cover other websites we link to, which have their own policies.
What we collect
Information you send us
Our “Talk to us” buttons open an email in your own mail app. If you write to us, by email or on Telegram, we receive what you send: usually your name, email address or Telegram handle, your company and role, and whatever you tell us about your project.
Technical information
Like any website, the servers and networks that deliver these pages receive technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time of the request. We don’t use this to identify you.
What we don’t collect
We don’t run analytics or advertising tools on this site, we don’t set our own cookies, and there are no forms that store what you type.
Third-party services on this site
Some pages load content from these providers. When they do, your browser connects to them directly, and they receive the technical information described above under their own privacy policies.
If you contact us on Telegram, Telegram’s own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
How we use your information
- To reply to your message and discuss the work you’re asking about.
- To prepare proposals and, if we work together, to run the engagement.
- To keep business records, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We rely on your consent when you choose to contact us, on steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you, on our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business, and on legal obligations where they apply. We don’t use your information for automated decisions about you, and we don’t add you to marketing lists without asking.
Sharing
We don’t sell or rent personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers who help us run the business, such as email and hosting, under confidentiality obligations;
- with team members who need it to respond to you or deliver the work;
- when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public;
- as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Where your information is handled
Our teams work from San Francisco, Moscow and Addis Ababa, and our service providers may process data in other countries. Your information may therefore be accessed from, or stored in, countries other than your own, including the United States, Russia and Ethiopia. Wherever it is handled, we protect it as this policy describes and as the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to respond to you and manage our relationship, and for longer only where the law requires records to be kept. After that we delete it or anonymise it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under Ethiopia’s Personal Data Protection Proclamation, the EU and UK GDPR, and California privacy law, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent you gave;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will reply within the time the law requires and won’t treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
